What do you do for a living?:
I am a lab tech with Jeld-wen research and development.
Tell us about yourself (tell us about your family, your hobbies, interests, etc):
I have a fiance I have been with for 6 years we have a 3 and a half year old daughter and 1 and a half year old son. I enjoy hunting fishing and hiking. I play football for the klamath county crusaders and hope to get a job in law enforcement.
Tell us your fitness history (was there a time where you in shape? If so, what happened?? Were you always out of shape?):
When my fiance and I meet I was in good shape but have since fallen out of and am now trying to get back into shape. At 23 years old I was over 270 lbs at 27 I was 195 lbs and this january I was over 265 lbs. Starting the challenge I was at 230 lbs. I want to get down under 190 lbs and learn to keep it off.
What made you enter the Belly Buster?:
I need help learning to keep the weight off and motivation to push that little bit more.
What are your goals in the Belly Buster?
My goals are to learn to eat better, work out more effectively, and lose at least 40 lbs.
What do you think will be your biggest challenges in the Belly Buster??
My biggest challenge is food, I LOVE IT!!!! all of it. i just need to learn how to eat it and be healthy.
What are your long term fitness goals, for when the Belly Buster is over??
My long term goals are to remain in good shape by continuing to exercise and eat healthy. i would like to set a good example for my children and everyone around me.
